Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Bremerton, WA to address apartment and property maintenance tasks while delivering strong customer service and curb appeal. You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and more, and help maintain safety and order across common areas.

Responsibilities include managing work orders, assisting with emergencies, and upholding Avenue5’s service standards. A valid driver's license and English literacy are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as assigned.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, and carpentry.
• Maintain work orders and ensure resident satisfaction.
