Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Everett, WA. You will handle apartment and property maintenance tasks, perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repairs, and ensure top-notch curb appeal and resident satisfaction. A high school diploma is required with at least one year in property management or related field.

You will work on-site, participate in on-call duties, and uphold safety standards while delivering excellent service to residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address an array of apartment and property maintenance duties as directed.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Conduct general carpentry such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass, door/lock, tile repair.
• Perform preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, elevator.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common areas to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with property emergencies and on-call maintenance as needed.
• Promote safety and risk management per company rules.
