Job summary

Sun Communities is seeking Maintenance Technicians to perform routine and preventative maintenance across our communities. You will help with home repairs, lawn care, snow removal, and ensuring curb appeal while delivering excellent resident service.

Work involves outdoor conditions, operating tools and equipment, and coordinating with managers. A High School Diploma or GED is required, plus basic maintenance skills and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months maintenance experience preferred.
• 6 months snow removal experience preferred (if applicable).
• General maintenance knowledge and repair skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to maintain community facilities and grounds.
• Complete minor repairs to homes and facilities as needed.
• Inspect irrigation systems and water meters, when applicable.
• Maintain and clean common areas, clubhouses, and offices.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and report issues to the supervisor.
