Job summary

Sundance Property Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service tenant properties in the Greater Cincinnati area. The role involves plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and routine preventive maintenance.

You will coordinate with the Property Manager, handle work orders, and ensure safe, clean, well-maintained units. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and 2-3 years in building maintenance; EPA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2-3 years building maintenance preferred.
• EPA certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to read blueprints and repair manuals as needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Property Manager about maintenance concerns and work orders.
• Maintain interior and exterior property condition, including common areas and walkways.
• Assist in contracting vendors and obtaining bids for projects.
• Paint, clean, and repair vacant units promptly.
• Use hand and power tools, testing devices, and basic electrical/pipe work.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose mechanical issues.
• Ensure parts and supplies are stocked and available.
• Install/repair wiring, plumbing, and equipment as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
