Job summary

Sundance Property Management , LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance on tenant properties, including carpentry, electrical and plumbing tasks. The role involves coordinating with the Property Manager, maintaining property condition, and supporting project work through vendor bids.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of building maintenance experience, and an EPA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2-3 years building maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Certification Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with the Property Manager about maintenance concerns and status of work orders.
• Maintains interior and exterior condition of the property, including cleaning common areas and salting icy walkways.
• Assists Project Manager in contracting vendors and obtaining bids for special projects.
• Paints, cleans and repairs vacant units promptly and to high standards.
• Uses common hand and power tools and basic testing devices; installs and repairs wiring and plumbing components.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance to keep building systems operating efficiently and buildings in good condition.
