Job summary

You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances, assist with vendor coordination, and handle invoices while following safety protocols. Must have a HS diploma and at least 1 year of property maintenance experience; valid driver license required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in property management or related trade.
• EPA Certification, Type I and II, HVAC Certification, and CPO certification (pool) may be required.
• Other licenses as required by state law.
• Must maintain professional appearance and comply with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests as instructed by management.
• Schedule, monitor and perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and related systems.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and promote quality living experience.
• Assist with vendor communication and obtaining bids for work.
• Submit property invoices and assist with budget compliance.
• Participate in training such as fair housing, safety, and harassment prevention.
