Job summary

Sundance Property Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Cincinnati, OH. You will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and help maintain both occupied and vacant properties.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Property Manager, inspecting and repairing systems, and ensuring safety and quality in all work. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with EPA certification preferred and 2–3 years of maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• 2-3 years of building maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Property Manager about maintenance concerns and status of work orders.
• Maintain interior and exterior condition of the property, clean common areas, and handle snow/ice removal.
• Assist Project Manager in contracting vendors and taking bids for projects.
• Paint, clean, and repair vacant units promptly and to a high standard.
• Use hand and power tools and electrical testing devices for repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep systems operating efficiently.
