Sundance Property Management , LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on tenant properties, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical and HVAC-related tasks. The role requires coordinating with the Property Manager, handling work orders, and ensuring preventive maintenance for building systems.

Responsibilities include assisting in vendor bidding, painting vacant units, stocking parts, and repairing electrical or mechanical equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• 2–3 years of building maintenance experience preferred or equivalent.
• EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with the Property Manager about maintenance concerns and status of work orders.
• Maintains the property's interior and exterior condition, including cleaning and upkeep of common areas.
• Assists Project Manager in contracting vendors and obtaining bids for special projects.
