Job summary

Sundance Property Management, LLC is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to perform on-site maintenance across tenant properties in the Greater Cincinnati area. Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment upkeep, with an emphasis on safety and timely work order completion.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of building maintenance experience, and EPA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2-3 years building maintenance preferred.
• EPA Certification preferred for handling refrigerants or similar.
• Ability to read manuals and use measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and follows up with the Property Manager about maintenance concerns and work order status.
• Maintains property condition including cleaning, trash removal, walkways, and salting icy areas.
• Assists Project Manager in contracting vendors and bidding on special projects.
• Paints, cleans, and repairs vacant units in a timely, impeccable manner.
• Uses hand and power tools and precision testing devices for maintenance work.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance to keep building systems efficient.
• Diagnoses mechanical problems and references blueprints and manuals to fix them.
• Ensures maintenance parts and equipment are stocked and available.
• Assembles and repairs wiring, plumbing, and machinery as needed.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
