Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to ensure the physical aspects of buildings, grounds, and amenities meet company standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and complete the make-ready process for new move-ins, coordinating with vendors and tracking materials as needed.

The role requires performing inspections, maintaining documentation, and supporting cost-control programs by using tools efficiently.

Qualificações

• Must have EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; work indoors/outdoors in all weather.

Responsabilidades

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance following safety standards and codes.
• Performs make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and punch lists.
• Manages materials, tools, and inventory; reports re-ordering needs to supervisor.
• Documents work accurately for proper service request tracking.
• Maintains grounds and amenities; assists with cleaning and painting tasks as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing where feasible.
