Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This role performs technical and mechanical work across buildings, grounds, and amenities.

The position involves completing work orders, preparing units for leasing, managing safety and compliance, and supporting cost-control initiatives with efficient, safe repairs.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1, II, or Universal refrigerant recycling certification.
• All required state/local certifications.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance to meet safety and code standards.
• Prepares vacant units by performing pre-move-in tasks and punch lists; schedules vendors when needed.
• Tracks inventory, procures supplies, and ensures proper use of tools and materials.
