Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical standards of its properties in Tempe. You will diagnose and repair issues, prepare units for new residents, manage materials, and keep areas clean and safe for residents.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certification, a valid driver's license, OSHA safety training, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. Onsite housing discounts and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant certification is required.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart and vehicles on property.
• OSHA safety training and adherence to safety policies.
• Willingness to travel between properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Finish make-ready tasks to prepare vacants for leasing and move-ins.
• Access materials and track inventory with the maintenance team.
• Document service requests accurately for records.
• Maintain grounds, pools, and signage; support cost-control by using parts wisely.
• Inspect safety, quality, and compliance with management and vendors.
