Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician for the Esteban Park property in Phoenix, AZ. This full‑time role involves diagnosing and repairing building systems, completing make‑ready tasks for vacants, and maintaining grounds and amenities.

Strong preventive maintenance and safety adherence are essential. Candidates must have EPA refrigerant certifications Type I/II or Universal, a valid driver’s license, and applicable state/local certifications.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I & II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues from service requests and perform preventive maintenance.
• Complete make‑ready tasks, inspect vacants, prepare punch lists and coordinate vendors.
• Track inventory, access materials, and document work orders accurately.
• Assist in upkeep of grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost control by repairing parts when feasible and using tools properly.
