Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle routine maintenance and keep common areas clean across interior and exterior spaces. The role includes custodial duties, grounds work, basic landscaping, and preparing make-ready units for new residents.

You will operate equipment like power washers, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners, while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and timely completion of work orders, including after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of trades including construction, drywall, and basic carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular custodial duties around the property and maintain common areas.
• Complete grounds work and clean dumpster areas, trash rooms and chutes, power wash as needed.
• Clean breezeways and wipe doors and handrails; power wash floors.
• Assist in basic landscaping, irrigation monitoring, and make-ready prep for vacant units.
• Operate equipment such as power washer, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners.
• Assist in pool maintenance and basic pool care.
• Respond to on-call maintenance emergencies; after-hours support.
