Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year in property management maintenance or related field is required.
• High school education or equivalent is needed; or 3+ years of relevant work experience and technical certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches, and outlets.
• Perform minor plumbing work, such as clearing drain stoppages and replacing fittings and faucets.
• Replace broken tile, screens, fixtures, appliances, blinds, and locks.
• Paint interior and exterior as directed.
• Perform minor carpentry work and shelving tasks.
• Assist in custodial work including cleaning in common areas.
• Assist in grounds work and repairs of concrete, masonry, roof, fencing, and signage.
• Maintain safety and organize storage areas; complete work orders within 24 hours.
