Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year or more of property maintenance or related field experience.
• High school education or equivalent required; 3+ years of relevant work experience with certifications acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches and outlets.
• Perform minor plumbing work such as clearing drain stoppages and replacing fittings.
• Replace broken tile, fixtures, appliances, blinds, and locks.
• Paint interior and exterior as directed.
• Assist in carpentry tasks like fitting doors and building shelves.
• Assist in custodial and grounds work as directed.
