HavenCORE Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Hawthorne, CA. This full-time role supports the property with routine upkeep, repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep apartments safe and functional.

The position requires the ability to perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks, plus strong teamwork and reliability. A California driver’s license and insurability are required for on-site responsibilities and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on property maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certifications are a plus.
• May require valid CA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches and outlets.
• Perform minor plumbing work such as clearing drain stoppages.
• Replace fixtures, appliances, tiles, screens, and doors as directed.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces.
• Assist with custodial and grounds duties.
• Complete work orders within 24 hours and escalate as needed.
• Participate in standby emergency schedule as required.
