Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring property assets meet safety and quality standards. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support make-ready and preventative maintenance across the community.

The role requires operating with safety compliance, documenting work orders, and coordinating with vendors as needed. A valid EPA refrigerant certification is required, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Diagnose defects or problems and repair per policy, safety, and code requirements.
• Make-ready processes for vacant homes including inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory and coordinate re-orders with maintenance supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and perform repairs following safety standards and policies.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Document service requests accurately and timely for record-keeping.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and perform general cleaning and painting as required.
