Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Porter to support maintenance operations across our communities. You will assist in cleaning, make-ready tasks, and routine upkeep, ensuring property standards and timely service for residents.

Responsibilities include daily site attendance, upkeep of common areas, and responding to work orders under supervision. This role requires basic computer skills and knowledge of safety regulations, with opportunities for growth within a fast-growing national property manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: maintain and improve grounds, units, and common areas.
• Daily onsite attendance to support operations.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Ensure all repairs and replacements needed for community areas and units.
• Maintain exterior areas, including grounds, breezeways, and amenities.
• Perform pool maintenance and keep chemical logs accurate.
