Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations across our communities. The role covers routine, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic on-site software skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. On-site work, safety adherence, and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance, make-ready tasks, and daily upkeep of grounds, buildings and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and complete work orders promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized maintenance shop; follow safety standards.
• Support in monitoring and enforcing community policies and procedures.
• Participate in on-call emergencies as needed.
