Job summary

WGA Legacy Property Management is seeking a maintenance technician to uphold the physical properties, grounds, and common areas to Company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders and preventative maintenance, identifying sources of deficiencies, and performing repairs in line with policies and codes, plus make-ready tasks to prep vacants for leasing.

Qualifications

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance following safety standards and codes.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders, and preventative maintenance on the property by identifying the source of the deficiency or trouble, and making repairs in accord with recognized policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Completes the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a “punch”
