Job summary

Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to perform grounds cleanup, preventive maintenance, repairs, turnovers, and janitorial tasks on-site. The role requires basic building trades skills and a strong commitment to cleanliness and resident safety.

You will work with the on-site team under the Property Manager, handle work orders, coordinate with vendors, and document activities using the property management system.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training or hands-on building trade experience.
• Minimum 2 years of skilled maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders promptly and accurately.
• Performs repairs across painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
• Maintains exterior common areas and grounds.
• Provides on-call maintenance and responds to emergencies.
• Documents preventive maintenance in the work order system.

Education
