Qualifications

• One (1) year minimum of prior experience.
• Reliable transportation as necessary to perform responsibilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally if needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of apartment building maintenance and minor repairs.
• Ability to operate power tools.
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities; meet commitments.
• Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean/restore recently vacated apartment homes.
• Help maintain cleanliness of the facility and grounds.
• Change bulbs, locks/keys, or other upkeep tasks.
• Process work orders for maintenance and repairs.
• Install or assist with appliances.
• Paint interior/exterior, caulking, minor drywall repair.
• Perform painting prep and punch-list work.
• Assist with trash removal and safety/compliance checks.
• Diagnose and assist with routine maintenance issues (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
