Millennia Housing Management seeks a Maintenance Technician I in Cleveland, OH to coordinate tasks and supplies for preparing vacant units and supporting the maintenance team on special projects. The role includes exterior and interior upkeep, preventative and corrective maintenance, and ensuring move-in readiness.

Responsibilities cover electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance work, painting, and general grounds care.

Qualifications

• One (1) year minimum of prior experience or related experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to safely carry out responsibilities.
• Must be willing and able to travel; typically 1-3 days, possibly weekly.
• Excellent communication skills are critical, including verbal and written.
• Superior customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Clean/restore recently vacated apartment homes.
• Help maintain the cleanliness of the facility and grounds.
• Change bulbs, locks/keys.
• Install or assist with installation of appliances.
• Exterior/Interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair.
• Physically manage painting, pressure washing, breezeways, and parking lots.
• Forecast repairs by walking through units to be vacated.
• Create punch lists or QA checklists after unit turnover.
• Assist with trash removal from vacant units.
• Perform quality checks on all systems, appliances, and aesthetics.
• Assist in prepping units for painting by breaking down and putting back electrical plates.
• Assist with diagnosis and routine maintenance/repair (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances).
• Accommodate disabled applicants in the application process.
