Responsibilities

Clean/restore recently vacated apartment homes.
Help maintain facility and grounds cleanliness.
Change bulbs, locks/keys.
Install or assist with appliance installation.
Exterior/Interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair.
Physically manage painting, pressure washing, breezeways, and lots.
Forecast repairs by walking through units prior to occupancy.
Create punch lists or quality control checklists.
Assist with trash removal in vacant units.
Perform quality checks on systems, appliances, and aesthetics to meet move-in standards.
Assist prepping units for painting by handling electrical/switch plates.
Assist in diagnosis and routine maintenance including electrical/plumbing and HVAC.
