Qualifications

• One year minimum of prior maintenance experience.
• Reliable transportation to safely perform responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks and supplies to prepare vacant units for re-occupancy.
• Maintain overall property condition (exteriors, common areas, vacant units, floor care, trash removal).
• Assist with installation of appliances and minor repairs as needed.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance; operate power tools.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure move-in readiness and unit ready status.
