Responsibilities

• Clean/restore recently vacated apartment homes.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility and grounds.
• Change bulbs, locks/keys, or other upkeep in common areas and units.
• Process work orders for general maintenance and repair on property.
• Install or assist with appliance installation.
• Exterior/Interior painting, caulking and light drywall repair.
• Physically handle painting, pressure washing, and lot upkeep.
• Inspect units to forecast repairs and create punch lists.
