Qualifications

• One year minimum of prior experience or related experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to perform duties.
• Willing and able to travel (1–3 days per week typically).

Responsibilities

• Clean/restore recently vacated apartment homes.
• Help maintain the cleanliness of the facility and grounds.
• Change bulbs, locks/keys and install or assist with appliances.
• Exterior/Interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair.
• Perform painting, pressure washing, and general upkeep of common areas and grounds.
• Walkthrough units to forecast repairs and complete punch lists.
• Ensure move-in readiness with quality control of systems and finishes.
