Qualifications

• One (1) year minimum of prior experience or related experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to safely perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean/restore recently vacated apartment homes.
• Maintain facility and grounds cleanliness.
• Install or assist with appliance installation.
• Exterior/interior painting and caulking; light drywall repair.
• Manage painting prep and finish, including electric/switch plates.
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC routine maintenance.
• Operate power tools and diagnose routine maintenance issues.
