Responsibilities

• Clean/prepare vacated units to move-in standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility and grounds.
• Perform basic electrical/plumbing tasks and appliance-related duties.
• Assist with painting, caulking, and drywall repair as needed.
• Inspect units and create punch lists for repairs.
• Assist in safety and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Support with on-site vendor coordination and general maintenance.
