Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance and make-ready tasks at Greystar properties. You will diagnose issues, repair systems, and ensure compliance with safety standards and code requirements.

The role also involves completing the make-ready process, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining grounds. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required, and on-call work may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recycling certifications required for certified service technicians.
• Certifications must meet State and Local jurisdiction requirements.
• Driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects on work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and code.
• Complete the “make-ready” process; pre-move-out inspection; schedule vendors; obtain supplies and materials.
• Track inventory and notify maintenance supervisor for re-orders; manage materials.
• Document service requests clearly for tracking and records.
• Maintain grounds and common areas: clean and paint as needed; remove debris.
• Repair parts where feasible to support cost-saving and avoid unnecessary replacements.

Education

EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling

State and Local jurisdiction certifications

Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
