Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of property meet safety and cleanliness standards in our Denver-area communities. You will diagnose and repair defects, complete preventive tasks, and support make-ready efforts for new leases.

The role requires handling upkeep across buildings and grounds, documenting work, and contributing to cost-control measures. The position is onsite with a competitive benefits package and potential for bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests for service and performs preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Manages materials, tracks inventory, and reorders supplies as needed.
• Documents work orders accurately to enable proper tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning and painting as required.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
