Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose and repair property defects following safety standards.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and make-ready tasks for vacant units.
• Ability to document service requests accurately and promptly.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and code requirements.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant apartments, including inspections and scheduling.
• Maintain inventory, track used supplies, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
