Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property maintenance duties and uphold high standards of customer service and curb appeal at the assigned property.

The role requires experience in general maintenance and carpentry,; a High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. Saturday shifts are required, with on-site work at the Tracy, CA property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor/manager.
• Address electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and related repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable property including curb appeal.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to resident satisfaction.
• Assist with property emergencies and after-hours maintenance as needed.
• Promote safety and risk management per company policies.
• Provide courteous interactions with residents and collaborators.
