Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building systems, grounds, and common areas across properties. You will manage the maintenance team, coordinate work orders, and ensure safety and compliance with company standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory maintenance experience, strong knowledge of building systems, and proficiency with property management software. A valid driver’s license and EPA certifications are required, with a focus on cost-effective

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance supervisory experience.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.
• OSHA/MSDS knowledge and safe work practices.
• Valid driver's license; EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team; oversee hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Respond to service requests and complete preventive maintenance per policy.
• Inspect work, manage vendors, and maintain budgeted supplies and tools.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance of property; enforce policies.
