Job summary

Cardinal Group is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of our communities in Gilbert, AZ. The role focuses on resolving resident maintenance issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities include grounds and building upkeep, basic repairs, safe common areas, and coordinating with the Community Manager. A strong customer service mindset and 3–5 years of property maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, property management is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool service/maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and stand 8-12 hours.
• Weekend availability and on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and keep grounds/buildings clean.
• Assist with basic repairs and maintenance duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Keep clubhouse and common areas safe, tidy, and sanitary.
• Coordinate with Community Manager and report issues.
• Respond to emergencies per policies.
• Participate in required training.
• Support apartment turnovers and inspections.
• Contribute to resident satisfaction.
