The position requires 3–5 years in the field with strong customer service and basic maintenance skills. It covers interior/exterior upkeep, landscaping, and coordinating with the Community Manager for repairs and emergencies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant industry experience, property management experience is a plus.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and basic maintenance skills.
• Working knowledge of pool service/maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property maintains exceptional curb appeal and proper maintenance of grounds and buildings.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance duties.
• Provide exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe, tidy clubhouse, office, model, hallways and common areas.
• Ensure property is free of trash and debris.
