Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience; property management is a plus.
• Excellent customer service, strong attention to detail.
• Basic maintenance skills and ability to perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work weekends and be on call for emergencies.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Keep grounds and buildings clean and well maintained to ensure curb appeal.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance duties.
• Provide exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe, tidy clubhouse, office, model, hallways and all common areas.
• Ensure property is free of trash, debris and animal waste.
• Maintain landscaping, including watering flowers.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins and assist turnovers as directed.
• Communicate maintenance issues to supervisor and Community Manager.
• Respond to emergencies per policies and attend required trainings.
• Follow policies and participate in Cardinal U training.
