Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader in Cincinnati to protect and enhance our community value while delivering a superior living experience for residents. You will resolve maintenance issues with efficiency and lead a team through daily tasks and emergencies.

The role requires 3-5 years of industry experience, strong customer service, and pool maintenance knowledge. You must lift 75 lbs, work 8-12 hour shifts, and be available on weekends and for on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant industry experience; property management is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
Working knowledge of pool service/maintenance.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs and work 8-12 hour shifts.
Must be able to work weekends and be available for on-call emergencies.
Ability to embody Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values.

Responsibilities

Maintain curb appeal and ensure grounds and buildings are clean and well-kept.
Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance duties.
Provide exemplary customer service and teamwork.
Keep clubhouse, offices, model units, corridors and common areas safe and sanitary.
Manage landscaping and ensure proper watering of flowers.
Prepare apartments for new resident move-ins and communicate issues to supervisor.
Assist with apartment turnovers as directed and report problems to Community Manager.
Respond to emergencies per policies and procedures.
Attend required in-service trainings and adhere to all policies.
