Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues from resident requests.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies within budget; perform monthly preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
