Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant industry experience; property management experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail.
• Basic maintenance skills and ability to perform minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal by keeping grounds and buildings clean and well maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance duties.
• Provide exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Keep clubhouse, office, model, hallways and common areas clean and sanitary.
• Ensure property is free of trash, debris, and animal waste.
• Maintain landscaping and watering of flowers; prep apartments for new move-ins.
• Communicate maintenance issues to supervisor and assist with turnovers.
• Respond to emergencies per policy; attend in-service trainings.
