Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience; property management experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs and stand 8-12 hour shifts.
• Working knowledge of pool service/maintenance is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal and keep grounds and buildings clean.
• Assist with basic repairs and maintenance duties.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe, tidy clubhouse, office, model, and common areas.
• Ensure property is free of trash and debris; manage landscaping quality.
• Support apartment turnovers and inspections as needed.
• Communicate with Community Manager regarding maintenance issues.
• Respond to emergencies according to policies and procedures.
• Participate in required in-service training sessions.
