Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Maintenance Associate for our master-planned communities in Gilbert, AZ. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance to keep facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained for residents and guests.

Ideal candidates have experience in maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and related trades, with the ability to use ladders and lifts. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a related maintenance field, with electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Able to use ladders and lifts.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to communicate with managers and residents.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• Must be willing to pass a background check, a physical, and a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks from basic repairs to more complex work.
• Light checks and maintenance of doors, locks, and lighting.
• Caulking, prep work, and painting as needed.
• Minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and furniture repairs.
• Plumbing maintenance and fixture repairs.
• Maintain limited access gates, storage closets, and common areas cleaning.
