Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property’s maintenance operations, lead the maintenance team, and ensure upkeep of indoor/outdoor spaces. You will manage work orders, safety, and preventative maintenance, coordinating with the Community Manager on budgets and supplier relations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in apartment maintenance, strong leadership, and experience with Entrata, Yardi, or One Site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; OSHA/MSDS knowledge.
• Experience: 2–3 years in apartment maintenance or related field.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, One Site) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and oversee Make Ready process.
• Respond to resident service requests and perform repairs per safety standards.
• Inspect work and contractors; manage inventory and budget with Community Manager.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance of property and compliance with policies.
