Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of multifamily properties and lead the on-site maintenance team. You will supervise the make-ready process, handle work orders, and collaborate with the Community Manager on budget planning and safety programs.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, strong technical abilities, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in property maintenance
• Ability to manage a maintenance team and train new hires
• Experience with Preventative Maintenance procedures

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance of buildings, grounds, and common areas to meet standards.
• Interviews, hires, orients, and trains maintenance staff.
• Manages work orders, budgets, and inventory within cost guidelines.
• Ensures safety and compliance with policies, codes, and requirements.
• Coordinates with vendors and reports on maintenance activities.
• Maintains calendars for preventive maintenance and safety meetings.
