Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to uphold our service standards and retain residents through skilled, efficient, and professional maintenance. The role reports to the Property Manager and oversees overall property maintenance, including urgent service calls and preventive maintenance programs.

The supervisor will lead maintenance staff, coordinate vendor work, and maintain records, meters, and safety/compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient service calls according to policy.
• On-call service as determined by Property Manager.
• Schedule apartment turns and turn vacant units within 3–5 business days.
• Maintain common areas, pools/Jacuzzi, and maintenance shops.
• Inspect and approve work of outside contractors; ensure insurance requirements.
