Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is actively seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations across our properties and ensure high-quality service for residents. You will coordinate repairs, schedule turnovers, and work closely with the Property Manager to uphold safety and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC, with on-call duties and strong leadership to train staff, manage budgets, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and driving record.
• Experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances preferred.
• On-site supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prompt and efficient service calls in accordance with the service policy.
• On-call service as determined by Property Manager.
• Scheduling of all apartment turns and turnover to three to five business days.
• Performing light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Maintain common areas and facilities including pools/Jacuzzi and grounds.
• Inspect and approve work of outside contractors and ensure insurance compliance.
