Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Miami to oversee daily maintenance, safety compliance, and staff coordination at the community level. You will manage requests, schedule work orders, and supervise maintenance personnel to uphold quality and service standards.

This on-site role requires OSHA knowledge, EPA/CPO certifications, and strong customer service to ensure resident satisfaction and safe, well-maintained properties.

Qualifications

• Maintenance Management
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards
• Manage and order maintenance supplies inventory within budget
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program
• Maintain a well-organized maintenance shop with OSHA safety standards
• Promote safety and proper work practices
• Participate in unit inspections as requested
• Supervise maintenance staff under Community Manager
• Provide input on employee performance evaluations
• Promote harmony and quality job performance of staff
• Manage customer service and monitor service request turnaround
• Enforce policies delegated by supervisor
