You will manage preventive maintenance, schedule turns, supervise repairs, inspect contractors, and ensure safety, insurance, and EPA compliance while improving property appeal.

Qualifications

• EPA certification preferred; if required, obtain within 90 days.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of insurance.
• Experience in property maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prompt and efficient service calls per policy.
• Schedule apartment turns within 3–5 business days.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Maintain community areas and common facilities.
• Maintain pools/Jacuzzis and safety of maintenance shops.
• Train maintenance staff and assist in vendor selection.
• Keep accurate records of property information and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect and approve work of contractors and ensure insurance compliance.
• Lead upkeep of property aesthetic and budget adherence.
