Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, manage staff, and ensure safety standards are met. The role includes coordinating work orders, inspecting facilities, and maintaining records of maintenance activities.

Strong scheduling, budgeting, and communication skills are essential. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certifications, and basic on-site software proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desirable.
• Ability to operate on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance operations and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident and management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities daily for hazards.
• Maintain inventory and supplies within budget guidelines.
• Assist with on-call emergencies and plan resource use.
• Provide leadership and training to maintenance personnel.
• Document service requests and compliance records.
